organization the On The House Furniture Bank. As the distribution arm of our
organizations On The House distributes the furniture and house ware we haul and
distribute them to those in need working with a caseworker to move into affordable
housing. As a socially responsible and communityoriented company we believe in

Job Description:
As a Junk Hauling Navigator at Furnishing Hope Junk Removal youll play a pivotal role
in delivering exceptional service to our clients while safely and efficiently loading our
trucks. Were looking for individuals who are not only skilled movers but also possess a
passion for customer service and a commitment to a vision of the future where
everyone in our community lives in a fully furnished home.
Your Day to Day Activities:
- Provide friendly positive and stressfree junk removal experiences for all customers.
- Uphold safety standards always ensuring the wellbeing of yourself your team and our customers.
- Perform daily truck inspections to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Determine a strategic plan for efficiently packing the truck.
- Safely move pack and load customer belongings into truck.
- Effectively direct the Driver on how to support loading operations efficiently.
- unload the truck into the warehouse.
- Communicate regularly with your driving partner for additional assignments and guidance
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and representing our brand with professionalism and authenticity.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Positive outlook and willingness to work hard.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
