Job Description
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication related to S/4HANA implementation: Act as the primary liaison between business functions, IT and external vendors for process & system design related matters in his respective function. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with extended SME community to gather requirements and provide updates on implementation progress. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Change Management, Process Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain process documentation and SOP’s. Create and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in new processes and S/4HANA functionalities. Monitor and support user adoption, addressing any issues or resistance to change. Support establishing a key user community.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented processes in collaboration with the Global Order to Cash Head.
