About the Role
Sales & Onboarding Managers are responsible for the efficient and effective onboarding of Moove drivers. Youll be responsible for acquiring new leads managing the pipeline converting successful drivers and ensuring they have a best in class vehicle pick up experience.
What Youll be Doing
Build the team to deliver best in class inperson support to our drivers the customer acquisition and onboarding stages of their lifecycle
Walk drivers through onboarding process and all of the tools to be successful
Ensure all KYC standards are upheld
Build and leverage local tools and CRM systems to ensure effective funnel management
Work with our Platform partner to ensure an efficient experience
Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
Ensure high conversion contact and low churn rates
What You will need for this position
A Bachelors degree in any field such as sales marketing operations or any related fields.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales/ account management or less if you are an overachiever (prove it!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Experience in using CRM systems
Experience in managing high performance Sales or Account Management teams
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
