Principal Solution Architect

1. Lead the solutions architecture team by providing guidance mentorship and support to all solution consultants.
2. Define architectural standards and frameworks with an emphasis on scalability maintainability and best practices in virtual assistant deployment.
3. Oversee the full lifecycle of virtual assistant implementation including requirement gathering solution design and project execution.
4. Ensure that all team outputs meet technical standards and client expectations.
5. Serve as a senior technical liaison between clients integration partners and internal teams (Product/Engineering Data Engineers Analytics Developers).
6. Identify recommend and lead the implementation of improvements to the existing tech architecture.
7. Develop comprehensive documentation including flowcharts layouts and architectural diagrams to outline solutions.
8. Address and resolve complex technical issues within predefined SLAs.
9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in solution design and delivery.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in solutions architecture or a related field.
2. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field from a Tier1 college
3. Strong technical background with expertise in API testing tools (e.g. Postman SOAP UI).
4. Proficient in REST/SOAP/OData APIs with handson coding/scripting experience in Node.js or a similar framework.
5. Extensive experience with database technologies preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
6. Advanced knowledge in integrating thirdparty APIs and developing solutions using AI technologies like chatbots (Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework etc.).
7. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI Tableau Grafana) is highly desirable.
8. Excellent documentation and reportmaking skills.
9. Integration experience with enterprise applications like SAP Workday Servicenow is a plus.
10. Familiarity with NLP & AIpowered solution development.
