Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable finished product
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video content
• Create visually appealing motion graphics and effects
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video ideas
• Ensure all video content is aligned with the brands guidelines and standards
• Manage and organize video files and assets
• Optimize videos for various platforms and devices
• Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and software
• Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and objectives
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine video content
• Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with sound designers visual effects artists and other postproduction professionals
• Ensure the technical quality of the video and audio meets industry standards
• Contribute to the creative process by offering innovative ideas and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in film production media studies or related field
• Demonstrated professional experience in video editing and postproduction
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar programs
• Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual effects
• Ability to create compelling visual narratives through editing and storytelling
• Knowledge of video formats codecs and encoding processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual content
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Problemsolving skills to address technical and creative challenges
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with audio editing and mixing is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects
• Understanding of color grading and visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation is desirable
