Your Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer
You will be at the heart of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM initiatives. Your daytoday activities will include:
1 Implementing and Supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Modules: Utilize your profound experience to manage modules such as HRcore Recruiting Benefits Time & Labor Payroll Profile Management and Performance Management.
2 DataFocused: Bone your skills in data gathering and analysis ensuring all functional documentation is precise and insightful.
3 Testing and Troubleshooting: Ensure our solutions run seamlessly by developing rigorous test plans conducting test scripts and troubleshooting any application issues that arise.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 7 Years of Oracle Cloud HCM Experience: You bring a wealth of knowledge from at least five years of handson experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
Oracle Applications and Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: You possess indepth knowledge of Oracle applications Cloud infrastructure and are proficient in SQL (Oracle and/or MS SQL).
HCM Cloud Modules Expertise: Demonstrable experience supporting and implementing modules such as HRcore Recruiting Benefits Time & Labor Payroll Profile Management and Performance Management.
Technical Skills:
Enterprise Integration: Experience configuring and implementing enterprise integration solutions using OIC adapters like SOAP REST and FTP based on data mapping requirements.
Functional Documentation: You excel at gathering and analyzing data creating comprehensive documentation that includes business process flows requirements documents test plans and test scripts.
BI Publisher and OTBI Reporting: You are adept at developing and troubleshooting BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports as well as handling interface development application security roles and workflow management.
Agile Methodologies:** Extensive experience with Agile methodologies is a must. If youre familiar with SAFe Scrum Azure DevOps Peer Review GitHub and CI/CD youve already got a foot in the door.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Insight in Banking/Financial Sector:** Familiarity with trends products and services in the banking or financial industry would make you stand out.
Technical Certifications: While not mandatory Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications will give you an edge.
