Job Summary:
TECHVEEL is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Kodambakkam Chennai. The successful candidate will make outbound calls handle inquiries and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service maintain accurate records and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries.
Promote and sell products/services.
Maintain accurate call records and update Excel.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Strong listening skills persuasive and resultsoriented.
Personal Attributes:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Patience professionalism and empathy.
Working Conditions:
Fulltime position with fixed hours.
