Business Development Manager
Location: sector 67 gurugram( work from Office)
Salary : up to 9.6 LPA (Depends upon interview & Experience)
Experience required: 3 years in real estate Sales
Developing a business plan to help the company grow and achieve its goals
Evaluating potential locations for new Centres based on market demand and competition
from existing businesses
Developing strategic plans to help existing Centres improve performance.
Identify potential franchisees through various channels such as IPC s (International
Property Consultants) brokers and Consultants in generating potential leads. including online
inquiries referrals industry events targeted marketing campaigns and cold calling.
Conduct cold calls to potential franchise prospects introduce franchise opportunity and
generate interest in our brand.
Follow up with potential franchise prospects to answer questions provide additional
information and nurture leads throughout the franchise application process.
Evaluate potential franchisees assessing their financial capabilities business
experience and alignment with brand values and standards.
Guide potential franchisees through the application and approval process including
financial analysis site selection and legal documentation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing operations and legal to
ensure smooth onboarding and opening of new franchise locations.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure
compliance with operational standards and quality control.
Conduct regular site visits to assess franchisee performance provide guidance and
address any operational or customer service concerns.
Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics and market trends to identify areas
for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall franchise success.
Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees fostering open communication
addressing their needs and continuously seeking opportunities for growth and expansion.
Stayd on industry trends competitive landscape and franchise regulations to
ensure compliance and provide recommendations for business development.
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field (Master s
degree preferred).
Proven experience in franchise development.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing franchise
deals including through cold calling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of franchise operations and the ability to guide franchisees through
the onboarding and ongoing support process.
Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques to identify potential franchise
opportunities and assess market viability.
Ability to effectively conduct cold calls introduce the franchise opportunity and follow up
with potential prospects.
Ability to travel frequently to conduct site visits and attend industry events.
Familiarity with franchise regulations legal requirements and disclosure documents.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize
on growth opportunities.
