IF YOU ARE

• A professional with over 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

• Skilled in AWS ECS EC2 IAM and S3

• Knowledgeable in CI/CD using Jenkins Docker Terraform and GitHub Actions

• Proficient in messaging with Kafka and RabbitMQ as well as reporting with Splunk DataDog and NewRelic

• Experienced in Data Lake Data Analytics and Data Visualization technologies including Qubole Snowflake Teradata Looker and Tableau

• Confidently working with data tools such as Datatools DataBricks MSSQL MyBatis MongoDB Elastic Search and BI Tools like Tableau Looker Qlikview Qliksense and Alation

• Accustomed to working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban involving requirements elicitation estimations peer review and collaboration with the product team

• Strong in problemsolving mentoring others and showcasing great communication skills

• Open to learning new technologies and focused on continual improvement

• Confident in metricdriven resultsoriented approaches

• Capable of communicating fluently in English in a multicultural environment

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work with an international team of support engineers responsible for all platform operations processes tools and resources required to support high availability onprem and cloudbased data platforms

• Monitor processes shared by internal groups and vendors to ensure a comprehensive maintenance process and implement daily reporting

• Facilitate communication across workstreams to ensure satisfaction in troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Manage reliability and availability of data and ensure work according to established benchmarks and standards

• Collaborate with the Data and AI teams to support and innovate on the Data Platforms

• Provide handson technical leadership and participate in decisionmaking

• Participate in the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions
