Job Title: Junior It Specialist

Reports to: Senior Systems Administrator / CTO

Key interactions: R&D Department Data Science Department Marketing Department andSales Department.

Job Purpose/Role Description:

The IT Specialist maintains the computer systems at MASS Analytics providing technicalsupport and ensuring the whole company computer systems (software & hardware) runsmoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy updates and fixes for IT infrastructure (Laptops / Desktops / LAN devices)
Maintain the helpdesk and provide Level 1 technical support for internal and external
users
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve user experience
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Collaborate with others on projects and brainstorm about the best way to tackle a
complex technological infrastructure security or development problem.
Stay on top of industry best practices and trends as well as changes to compliance
requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:
Bsc/BA in Business IT IT Information system or any relevant degree.
1 year(s) of experience.

Key Attributes/Main Competencies

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a major plus
• Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software work
• Good knowledge in security standards and computer networksis a plus
• Good Team spirit
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail andproblemsolving skills
• Ability to clearly explain a technical problem to customers and/orcolleagues.
