Job Title:Head of Engineering

Scope:The Head of Engineering is primarily responsible for overseeing all engineering activities ensuring the technical operationsalign with organizational goals and maintaining standards of availability efficiency food quality and safety within that
specific area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement longterm engineering and maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Define implement and ensure optimal information exchange in the area of responsibility and with the interfaces.
• Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating correspondingmeasures.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in the entire area of responsibility.
• Driving forward the digital transformation in the area of responsibility.
• Develop an integrated digitization strategy incooperation with the interfaces.
• Leveraging new technologies and functionalities to sustainably increase valuecontribution.
• Ensure optimization and mapping of new and existing business processes in the digital databases andsystems.
• Planning of human material and financial resources within the area of responsibility.
• Adhering to the approved budgetand initiating appropriate measures in the event of imminent and identified deviations in coordination with the manager.
• Ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Define internal regulations verify compliance with all applicable standards and initiate countermeasures in the event ofdeviation within the area of responsibility.
• Efficiently allocate resources including personnel budgets and equipment to meet engineering objectives.
• Oversee the execution of engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Conduct performance reviews and set performance goals for engineering staff to maintain high standards.
• Ensure engineering operations adhere to regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Communicate with various stakeholders including senior management and other departments to align engineeringefforts with organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation in engineering practices.
• Manage the engineering budget effectively controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with plant and facility operations to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Bachelors degree in Mechanics Electrics or a relevant discipline.
• Not less than 10 years of Experience with a Minimum of 5 Years in a Managerial role preferably with a Food & Beverage background.
• Proven track record of experience in MEP areas such as HVAC Firefighting Plumbing and Electrical.
• Experience in all Engineering Functions.
• Excellent in the English language.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Managerial and leadership skills.

• Working Hours: 8 4 (Sunday Thursday).
• Working Model: Onsite.
• Work Location: Industrial Zone 6th of October.
