Job Description

Job title: Senior HR Manager

Industry: FMCG Financing

Location: Jakarta Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees providing necessary training and resources.

2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns providing guidance and support.
Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performancerelated issues.
Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans when necessary.

4. Disciplinary Actions and Terminations:
Manage the disciplinary process ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle terminations with professionalism and sensitivity.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

5. HR Strategy and Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in at least a Series A startup.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and legal requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment employee relations performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
