Job Description:
Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with experience in Financial Services Cloud Insurance Domain.
Expected experience 58 yrs as a BA Responsible for collecting all inscope business requirements Able to prioritize requirements and negotiate on deployment timeframes on behalf of the development team Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood Able to formalize business requirements ready for two way communication business communications up and technical communications down Capable of managing all nontechnical aspects of the new requirements Capable of working with the test team to develop/ review test scripts and profile of test data Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
