This is a Legal Cashier job in Hinckley we are looking for a Legal Cashier to work with a dynamic and supportive firm in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client and office accounts in accordance with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines.
  
• Processing payments receipts and transfers accurately and promptly.
  
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations and managing petty cash.
  
• Ensuring compliance with SAR AML regulations and internal policies.
  
• Assisting with the preparation of monthend and yearend accounts.
  
• Liaising with fee earners and support staff to resolve accounting queries.
  
• Maintaining accurate financial records and producing relevant reports as required.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm.
  
• Indepth knowledge of Solicitors Account Rules (SAR) and AntiMoney Laundering (AML) regulations.
  
• Proficiency in legal accounting software.
