Our client is seeking a highly proficient and collaborative Manager Supply Chain to optimize our supply chain and logistics strategy. This role will be based at our Central Coast location in Santa Maria CA.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of supply chain optimization initiatives enhancing efficiency and productivity across procurement inventory management and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain a full supply chain strategy
- Manage supplier performance including time to deliver and cost.
- Work with stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiencies.
- Analyze data and identify cost savings.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure we meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
- Oversee logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
- Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare cost reconciliation reports tracking factors like labor and supply costs.
- Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business or supply chain management (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of direct experience (3 years each in procurement and material planning).
- Experience with AS9100 AS9102 and Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft contract requirements.
- Strong proficiency in MRP systems MS Office ERP systems math and statistics.
- Excellent organizational problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with PowerBI Access and SQL is advantageous.
