Our client is a leading consulting firm who is searching for experience talent to join their firm:
- Manage multiple M&A projects driving execution and business development.
- Develop marketing materials (teasers information memoranda pitch decks).
- Lead financial modeling and valuation for clients.
- Coordinate due diligence phases and act as the main point of contact.
- Participate in external meetings.
- Supervise and coach senior/assistant staff.
- Contribute to firm Strategy and Transactions team.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in finance business administration or a related field (reputable university preferred).
- Professional qualifications (CPA CFA ACCA) a plus.
- 510 years experience in M&A including transaction execution (Senior Manager requires 10 years).
- Strong communication presentation and project management skills.
- Proven ability to create highquality impactful documents (client and internal use).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
