Job Description
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Restaurant Management
- Preferably with previous experience working in a luxury/5star resort/casino environment
- Bachelor s degree preferably BS Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Knowledgeable in F&B Operations:
- F&B Policies and Procedures
- Safety and Sanitation
- Inventory Procedures
- Purchasing Procedures
- Food and Beverage Principles
- Performance Management
- Recruitment and Selection

- Cost Control Measures
- Service and Product Knowledge
