Supply Chain Planner

This is a remote position.

Full Time: MondayFriday 8AM 4:30 PM EST (8PM 4:30 AM Manila time) with 30 minutes unpaid break

Responsibilities

Work closely with field service technicians to understand their parts and equipment needs for servicing restaurant equipment.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely availability of parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including service operations procurement and logistics teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels of service parts.

Analyze service data and trends to anticipate parts usage identify critical spare parts and optimize inventory stocking levels.

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure parts availability expedite orders and resolve supply chain issues to minimize equipment downtime.

Maintain accurate records of parts inventory including tracking usage replenishment and stock adjustments.

Monitor service order workflows and prioritize parts allocation to meet service commitments and minimize technician wait times.

Implement processes and systems for efficient parts management including inventory replenishment stock rotation and warranty claims processing.

Provide support and guidance to field service technicians regarding parts availability order status and inventoryrelated inquiries.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in parts management and supply chain operations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in supply chain management or logistics or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain planning inventory management or procurement with a focus on supporting field service operations.

Proficiency in using inventory forecasting software to analyze data forecast demand and optimize inventory stocking levels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret service data forecast parts demand and optimize inventory stocking levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with field service teams and internal stakeholders.

Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy organization and time management.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Certification in supply chain management (e.g. APICS CPIM CSCP) is a plus.
