Job Description
Become an integral part of a fastpaced resultsdriven sports coaching environment. As the Admin Assistant / Receptionist you ll be the linchpin of daily operations ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient administrative processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to people s fitness journeys while honing your organizational and customer service skills. You ll work remotely managing a variety of tasks that keep the business running seamlessly from booking management to client communications.
Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Masterfully manage the booking system ensuring errorfree scheduling
- Swiftly respond to client inquiries providing topnotch customer service
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking system issues with efficiency
- Handle essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Organize and maintain client data with meticulous attention to detail
- Perform data entry tasks including updating Excel spreadsheets
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in booking systems (experience with Jim Master software is a plus)
- Strong multitasking abilities and impeccable organizational skills
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sharp problemsolving skills and keen attention to detail
