Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for fitout projects ensuring they meet LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards
- Integrate and detail fitout elements such as furniture fixtures and equipment within the BIM models.:
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination of BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between different model disciplines.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and provide technical input to address and resolve model discrepancies.
- Prepare and review construction drawings shop drawings and BIMrelated documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform regular quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Apply a strong understanding of construction methods and details to ensure that the BIM models are practical and constructible.
- Ensure that shop drawings are properly detailed and aligned with construction requirements
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project deliverables using BIM models.
- Provide BIM data analysis and visualization support to project teams including generating 3D views and animations as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest BIM technologies tools and industry trends.
- Recommend and implement improvements to BIM processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on fitout projects.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing models at LOD 400 and LOD 500 stages.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards protocols and best practices.
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods and the ability to interpret and create detailed shop drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
