Position Overview: The Senior Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing CSR team improving relationships with key customers and ensuring the successful execution of export shipments. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs preferences and challenges to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Orders processing: Prepare Sales orders for export shipments based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
- Order Management: Coordinate with internal departments including production logistics and finance to process orders efficiently monitor shipment status and resolve any issues to ensure ontime delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Export Documentation: Ensure all export documentation including invoices packing lists and shipping documents is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and effectively proactively seeking resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes customer service standards and product offerings to enhance competitiveness and profitability in the export market.
- Bring new insights to improve the process of exports shipments
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Business Marketing or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in export or international trade.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations export documentation and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
