Schedule: 8hour shift

Title: Supply Chain Engineer

Location: Peoria IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days offsite)

Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent with AXISCADES.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Engineer will play a crucial role in leading various Control Towers within the team. This position contributes significantly to the team culture by engaging in key projects and supporting the teams purpose. The role involves frequent communication with suppliers supply chain and purchasing personnel as well as evaluating data and providing shipping priority directions.

Job Responsibilities

• Communication with suppliers supply chain and purchasing personnel.
• Evaluation of data submitted by others and obtained through investigation.
• Providing shipping priority direction to suppliers.
• Weekly oneonone meetings with the work director.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 24 years of experience.

Technical Skills Required

• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to the engineering field such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Outlook Power BI SharePoint etc.

Technical Skills Desired

• Advanced knowledge in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills

• Creativity verbal and written communication skills.
