AV Technician

Role: AV Technician

Location: Antioch CA

Date: Thursday July 18th

Start Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Approximation)

Visa: Any any one legally authorized to work in US is eligible.

Scope:

• Set up equipment for a large conference including projector projector screen speakers microphones etc.
• Live setup for an event involving the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

• Setting up PA systems (Speakers) to ensure optimal audio coverage.
• Running 3 cable snakes efficiently and safely.
• Setting up approximately 20 microphones on desks for presenters.
• Operating a 32channel sound board to project audio effectively throughout the room.
• Installing floor covers to prevent tripping hazards from cables.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AudioVisual Technician or similar role.
• Handson experience with sound systems microphones projectors and audiovisual equipment setup.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in AudioVisual technology or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with various audiovisual software and equipment brands.
• Experience in live event production or conference setups.
