The Role

The Project Management Assistant role is responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of Tangle Teezers new project portfolio. This includes management of basic EPD projects from brief to production following the EPD process and supporting the Junior Project Manager with more complex projects. Additionally this role will involve NPD and innovation projects as needed gaining great visibility of the product development process and invaluable experience in a fastpaced rapidly growing company.

In this role youll get to:

• Manage annual trendled and refresh EPD projects i.e. new colour ways packaging updates regulatory changes etc. from brief to delivery to ensure ontime SIW
• Support Junior Project Manager in bespoke marketspecific projects
• Follow stage gate process for EPD projects raising issues to the leadership team where appropriate
• Responsible for updating and maintaining project management software (Wrike)
• Develop Project Management skills and gain an understanding of the product development process
• Look after photography sample requests
• Manage requests for Sales sell inmeetings liaising with Ops NPD and Sales teams
• Organisation of product samples in the office

What we are looking for in you:

• Experience working within a fastmoving consumer goods organization required
• Experience in product development desired
• Ability to understand the wider impact of decisions on the different parts of the business
• Effective and efficient communication skills are required to ensure the smooth running of the projects
• Exceptional attention to detail skills

• Must work well under pressure and have strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
