Responsibilities:
- Experience working with SAP modules particularly in Repairs and Service Notification Warranty and Contracts and Sales and Distribution.
- Proficiency in reading and debugging ABAP codes.
- Experience with S/4 HANA SAP Hybris/BRIM BRF and SAP Portal.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
- Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
- Experience working in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Knowledge of AppleCare processes and systems.
- Certification in SAP modules or related technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
