Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in Automated UI Testing particularly with Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and practices.
• Experience in reviewing and approving functional and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team promoting collaboration and professional development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of other automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
• Lead automated UI testing using Selenium to ensure robust application functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to software quality processes and project timelines.
• Review and validate functional and technical specification documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Foster teamwork mentorship and professional development among team members.
• Provide timely application production support as per established processes and RACI Matrix.
