Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to work with our client in Australia! This role will be an onsite role here in Cebu Business Park and a fulltime position with a fixed day shift schedule!

Your Client:

You will be working for a team who is an expert in the field of matchmaking in Perth Australia. The team is dedicated to helping people find the right relationship with the help of professionals!

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

1. Proven experience in digital content creation (e.g. reels carousels longform posts via Instagram YouTube & Webinars)
2. Basic knowledge of graphic design using tools such as Canva.
3. Familiarity with AI tools and how to utilize them to streamline business and generate leads.
4. Expertise in social media management across platforms like Instagram Facebook Twitter TikTok LinkedIn Reddit Quora and Outbrain including strategy development & algorithm understanding.
5. Proficiency in WordPress for website management Kajabi for course updates and email automation and Zapier for automation.
6. Strong video editing & production skills
7. Successful track record in generating leads and clients using social media platforms.
8. Effective email marketing.
9. Strong communication skills.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

1. Social Media/Content Creation:
   1. Create engaging reels carousels stories and longform posts on Instagram.
   2. Gathering content for social media from blogs and other content.
   3. Managing social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook Tiktok Twitter LinkedIn Reddit Quora and Outbrain.
2. General Admin:
   1. Update and maintain website content on WordPress including imagery new media and articles.
   2. Publish new blogs on the website.
   3. Update course content on the Kajabi platform.
   4. Manage WordPress landing pages.
   5. Oversee and manage forms and systems using Zapier.
3. Design and Digital Marketing:
   1. Creating downloads eBooks and Guides
   2. Sending out weekly email newsletters using Kajabi
   3. Acquiring clients through social media channels
   4. Managing email sequences on Kajabi
   5. Creating quizzes using the Involve Me platform
