Tasks

As an Information Management Architect you will play a critical role in the technical implementation of IM/ECM solutions and contribute to business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and optimizing MFiles and enterprise content management systems.
• Developing and deploying cloud architecture solutions to enhance information management capabilities.
• Leveraging AI technologies to automate and improve data handling processes.
• Managing projects with a focus on Information Management utilizing methodologies such as IPMA level D or Scrum PSPOA.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of information management solutions.
• Driving business development efforts within the Swiss market identifying opportunities and building client relationships.

Requirements

To excel in this role you should possess:

• Proven experience working with MFiles and enterprise content management systems.
• Strong project management skills with certifications such as IPMA level D or Scrum PSPOA being advantageous.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture and AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong communication skills in German (C1C2) and English
• A proactive approach to problemsolving and innovation.
