Job Description:
We are seeking a handson Process Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing/shop floor environments specifically focusing on injectable drug filling equipment. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting and process improvements within a commercial manufacturing setting excluding lab R&D or scaleup activities.

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting equipment and implementing process improvements.
• Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
• Addressing issues and errors on the shop floor particularly those arising during setup.
• Identifying and naming brands/models of parental filling line equipment previously worked with.
• Guiding clients through troubleshooting processes and resolving issues effectively.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BSChE).
• Extensive handson experience with parental filling and gowning procedures in a commercial manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Proficient in troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of parental filling line equipment brands and models.
• Ability to review and interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for guiding clients through troubleshooting processes.
