Skills and Qualifications:
- College Degree in Human Resources Psychology or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in managing company benefits and government mandated benefits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and attention to details skills
- Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively
- Proven administrative skills particularly file organization
- Strong writing and record keeping ability
- Good computer and database skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assists with HR initiatives and other related to the achievement of HRs goals and objectives as may be needed from time to time.
Government Mandated Benefits:
- Support government remittances andloans for SSS HDMF and PHIC
- Assist in any hospitalization claim such as Maternity and Sickness
- Generate Certificate of Contributions
- Liaises for all government branches
CompanyInitiated Benefits:
- Handle HMO enlistment and deletion on entitled employee
- Assist with life insurance and Administer retirement plans.
- Facilitate gym membership and other entitlements.
Administrative Work:
- Manage WhatsApp groups and user inclusion/removal.
- Administer access control systems and gate passes.
- Manage ID issuance and phone line requests.
- Procure supplies business cards and uniforms.
- Coordinate PSA surveys and data collections.
- Provide support for employee loan programs.
- Manage office maintenance services.
Timekeeping:
- Manage timekeeping processes and disputes.
- Create and manage Employee SelfService accounts.
- Maintain monthly master lists.
- Administer HRIS (Jeonsoft) setup and management.
- Manage leave management overtime etc.
Employee Management:
- Maintains Employee Database and Human Resource Information System
- Assist in the Scorecard (PMS) setup for new positions.
- Organize and maintain 201F files.
- Oversee workstation allocation and maintenance.
- Prepare HR reports.
- Support regularization processes.
Offboarding:
- Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employees status and offboarding process
- Closely monitors and ensures turnover of employees accountabilities
- Updates offboarding actions across tracking systems
- Regularly updates and monitors clearance tracker
- Attends to all queries and concerns pertaining to the offboarding process
