Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Degree in Human Resources Psychology or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in managing company benefits and government mandated benefits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to details skills
  • Ability to plan multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proven administrative skills particularly file organization
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability
  • Good computer and database skills


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Assists with HR initiatives and other related to the achievement of HRs goals and objectives as may be needed from time to time.

          Government Mandated Benefits:

          • Support government remittances andloans for SSS HDMF and PHIC
          • Assist in any hospitalization claim such as Maternity and Sickness
          • Generate Certificate of Contributions
          • Liaises for all government branches

          CompanyInitiated Benefits:

            • Handle HMO enlistment and deletion on entitled employee
            • Assist with life insurance and Administer retirement plans.
            • Facilitate gym membership and other entitlements.

            Administrative Work:

              • Manage WhatsApp groups and user inclusion/removal.
              • Administer access control systems and gate passes.
              • Manage ID issuance and phone line requests.
              • Procure supplies business cards and uniforms.
              • Coordinate PSA surveys and data collections.
              • Provide support for employee loan programs.
              • Manage office maintenance services.

              Timekeeping:

                • Manage timekeeping processes and disputes.
                • Create and manage Employee SelfService accounts.
                • Maintain monthly master lists.
                • Administer HRIS (Jeonsoft) setup and management.
                • Manage leave management overtime etc.

                Employee Management:

                  • Maintains Employee Database and Human Resource Information System
                  • Assist in the Scorecard (PMS) setup for new positions.
                  • Organize and maintain 201F files.
                  • Oversee workstation allocation and maintenance.
                  • Prepare HR reports.
                  • Support regularization processes.

                  Offboarding:

                    • Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employees status and offboarding process
                    • Closely monitors and ensures turnover of employees accountabilities
                    • Updates offboarding actions across tracking systems
                    • Regularly updates and monitors clearance tracker
                    • Attends to all queries and concerns pertaining to the offboarding process
