We seek a passionate leader to take charge of MGIDs native advertising business in Vietnam. As General Manager you will have a crucial mission to scale the business find the perfect match between demand and supply partners and drive operational excellence.

• Participate in global business strategy formulation and develop a winning strategy for the Vietnamese market to achieve expected revenue growth.
• Lead the regional business strategy implementation decompose strategic goals define and prioritize operational objectives and ensure deliverables align with corporate goals and budget.
• Conduct performance analysis to create projections planning and growth models.
• Advise on prioritizing or customizing the existing platform to meet the local markets needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region.
• Be responsible for business development ensuring revenue and margin growth.
• Manage quarterly planning and profit increase enhancing business metrics and performance.
• Possess excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the advertising market and its growth potential in Vietnam.
• Understand the competitive landscape identifying strengths and weaknesses of competitors.
• Apply analytical and businessoriented thinking to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• You possess at least 5 years of experience leading digital advertising operations.
• You know how to build and motivate highperforming teams.
• You deeply understand native advertising and the AdTech landscape in Vietnam.
• You are an achiever no matter what it takes.

• Your analytical skills enable you to make datadriven strategic decisions.
• You have a business mindset capable of driving growth and profitability.
