Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with clients advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems work to improve structure and efficiency of an organizations I and amp;IT systems.
- Consult with clients on the changes/modifications recommend and develop training plans
- Facilitate and lead indepth workshops to elicit review and confirm business requirements business models business rules user interface design
- Analyze user requirements generation of prototypes for user consultation and the design testing documentation implementation and maintenance of applications.
- Is able to identify constraints and assumptions and then documents and present them to project teams
- Responsible for but not limited to ensuring the team is proactive in completing priorities and deliverables as well as ensuring requirements are wellunderstood documented and accurate.
- Use SQL to query databases and extract useful information
- Participates in planning and nbsp;application development activities provides direction guidance and support to technical staff
- Establish the backlog as a source of truth from which the team can deliver
- Provide systems analysis and design expertise in the development and maintenance of the Ministry application systems
- Contributes to writing test cases for application system and nbsp;usability and user acceptance testing
- Provide guidance to organization with regard to information management and amp; IT technology IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
General Skills 50%
- Lead and conduct business analysis in order to assess clients business problems/opportunities at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process and OPS Standard
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Knowledge of project management and indepth knowledge of task estimation scheduling and control
- Experience grooming and assembling requirements into coherent user stories and use cases and managing the Product Backlog Items refining them and communicate changes to project manager/Team Lead
- Lead and conduct business analysis
- Meet with the Product Owner and endusers to understand the teams work
- Act as a proxy Product Owner for the team where the BA answers questions or facilitates decisions on behalf of an absent Product Owner
- Develop strategies prepare business cases and costbenefit analysis and conducts feasibility studies for business I and amp;IT initiatives
- Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and nonfunctional requirements definitions

- Can help and nbsp; and nbsp;plan develop manage control projects and resolve complex technical design problems
- Develop performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis
- Apply reengineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost effective service delivery approaches
- Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope
- Experience in managing and implementing change within an organization.
- Ability to develop user guides deliver online demos and walkthrough for complex processes to endusers and their supervisors

Technical Knowledge and Expertise 50%
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies and Agile project methodology
- Experience with creating and managing user stories using Azure DevOps
- Indepth knowledge of database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
- Ability to write complex queries joins subqueries and use SQL functions
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform App and nbsp;
- Experience with business system technologies to provide technical expertise and advice
- Experience with design develop test and implement systems solutions and evaluate software
