Job Summary: The Secretary will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be resourceful a good problem solver and organized ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls take messages and respond to inquiries.
- Manage and organize the daily schedule of executives and managers including arranging meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings including arranging travel and accommodation for attendees.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
