Job Description

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Performance Management:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Coordinate performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
    • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Compliance and Administration:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer employee benefits programs and answer related inquiries.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies.
    • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
    • Support organizational development and change management efforts.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve HR goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
