- Conduct inspections of raw materials inprocess products and finished goods to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve quality processes.
- Prepare and maintain quality control documentation including inspection reports and nonconformance reports.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Assist with the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production engineering and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Quality Control) or a related field.
- Internship or trainee experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
