Job Description
Our important client is currently looking for a Atlassian coach a 12month contract based in Brussels.
Please find the details below:
As an Atlassian Coach you will play a crucial role in mentoring and training delivery teams and individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding teams on the implementation of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence Cloud) and enhancing software delivery processes within large enterprises. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive handson approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and train teams and individuals in utilizing Atlassian tools and streamlining SDLC processes.
Implement Atlassian tools within large enterprise environments ensuring effective integration and usage.
Support the continuous improvement of software delivery practices.
Requirements
Required:
Minimum Bachelor s degree in Applied Computer Sciences Business Administration or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years implementation experience with the Atlassian tools in at least 3 different software delivery teams of at least 50 persons each and with offshore developers from different companies;
Proven experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) implementation in multiple software delivery teams including projects with offshore developers.
Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with SAP Solution Manager in at least two projects.
Coaching experience with multiple teams simultaneously (>5 teams).
Proficiency in English.
Desired:
Agile Scrum Master certification.
Experience with SAFe Methodology.

Experience in delivering training and presentations.
