Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Project Manager to lead and guide our crossfunctional team of software engineers developers designers through the successful execution of software projects. As a Scrum Project Manager youll have a crucial part in overseeing project outcomes organizing software launches applying version control approaches and maintaining effective team communication.
Requirements
- You must be from LATAM
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development with a strong emphasis on guiding crossfunctional teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing Jira for project management and task tracking.
- Experience in creating and managing Gantt Charts for project scheduling.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
