Asset Management Wealth Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and manage relationship ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance.
  
• Work closely with client and delivery team to deliver solutions as per requirements.
  
• Work with clients to understand the current landscape help in creating target state across all business functions and operations.
  
• Create a functional requirement and business requirement documents and help delivery team to document technical documentations mapping the business functions.
  
• Understand the business process in details and work closely with architects to evolve a conceptual and logical data model.
  
• Bring the industry experience to help drive business architecture and solutions.
  
• Collaborate all internal teams and clients to ensure there are no gaps in the client understanding and internal architects & delivery teams.
  
• Communicate with business using business language and translate the business requirements in language that internal IT teams can understand.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Asset Management: Extensive experience in in all functions of asset management including investment strategies investment portfolios asset allocation fund administration market data.
  
• Wealth Management: Proficiency in providing comprehensive wealth management services including financial planning estate planning and retirement planning portfolio construction / management client onboarding client risk profiling trade processing portfolio & position accounting account performance reporting settlement and clearance process & market data.
  
• Asset Services: Knowledge of asset servicing including custody corporate actions income processing shareholder identification tax & certification administration and reporting.
  
• Financial Analysis: Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends financial statements and investment opportunities.
  
• Client Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for understanding the roadmap engage with customers and guide and help the delivery team to deliver solutions as per client s expectations.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to asset and wealth management.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; master s degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA CFP) preferred.
  
• Extensive experience in asset management wealth management and asset services domains
  
• Proven track record of managing and implementing complex solutions.
  
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  
• Indepth knowledge of financial markets investment products and regulatory requirements.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
