Job Description

JOB ROLE: Relationship Manager(RM)/Relationship Management Executive(RME)

JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

Location: LAGOS

Our client is a wealth management company specializing in investment immigration investment advisory and insurance services.

The Relationship Management Executive (RME) / Relationship Manager (RM) is a key driver of business growth responsible for:

  • Strategic business development through targeted acquisition upselling and crossselling
  • Building and nurturing robust relationships with prospective clients
  • Creating compelling value propositions that drive interest and conversion
  • Collaborating with engagement professionals to deliver seamless sales experiences
  • Expanding existing relationships through tailored solutions and exceptional service

This critical role requires a resultsdriven professional who can initiate develop and maintain strong relationships driving revenue growth and excellence in customer engagement. These individuals pursue prospective clients and create interest in our products well enough to elicit the desire for the prospects to visit our office where they meet with our engagement professionals who consummate the sale.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels ensuring alignment with the target customer profile
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects executing daily sales calls and maintaining regular contact
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailoring them to address specific customer needs and concerns
  • Schedule meetings presentations and demonstrations to showcase product offerings
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge features benefits and competitive advantages
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline status ensuring accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Stay current with industry best practices sales tools and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Address client enquiries and resolve queries providing periodic reports as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct report

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree (required) or Masters degree (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of success in a related field
