Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Provide visionary leadership to all stakeholders including staff students and parents.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the schools growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive inclusive and safe school environment that promotes student learning and staff professional development.
Curriculum and Instruction:
- Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous engaging and balanced curriculum.
- Ensure the use of datadriven decisionmaking to inform instruction and improve student outcomes.
- Support teachers in the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Student Achievement:
- Set high expectations for student achievement and behavior.
- Implement strategies to close achievement gaps and ensure all students have access to highquality education.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress providing interventions and support where necessary.
Staff Development and Supervision:
- Recruit hire and retain qualified and dedicated staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities that align with the school s goals and individual staff needs.
Community and Parent Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with parents the community and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders providing regular updates on school performance and initiatives.
- Encourage and facilitate parental involvement in school activities and decisionmaking processes.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations and policies.
- Maintain a safe and wellmaintained school facility.
School Culture:
- Promote a culture of respect responsibility and collaboration among students and staff.
- Encourage extracurricular activities and programs that support the holistic development of students.
- Address and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in education with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development instructional strategies and educational best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff students parents and the community.
Proven track record of improving student achievement and school performance.
Experience with budget management and operational oversight.
Certification in school administration or relevant qualifications (as per local requirements).
