Roles and Responsibilities :
- Install configure and maintain WebSphere Application Server (WAS) on Linux platforms.
- Manage WAS clusters including cluster configuration node management and resource allocation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to WAS performance availability and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications on WebSphere environments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as backups patching and monitoring of MQ Series queues.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system administration principles.
- Experience with Apache Tomcat server setup and configuration is desirable.
