Position: 37.5 hours per week (full time)
Location: UK based remote working with occasional travel to client and team meetings

Tasks
As an FAI Client Account Manager you will bring value to FAIs clients and drive sustainability within farmed animal supply chains through initiating and building client relationships as well as shaping the development delivery and expansion of FAIs data research and strategic consultancy services. You will be an exceptional clientfacing individual capable of delivering project management client value and technical expertise that helps drive sustainable and regenerative food systems.
- Working closely with the Client Reporting and Data Programme Process Leads to deliver data and research programmes and the associated reporting that meet clients needs and expectations.
- Managing the planning delivery implementation monitoring and evaluation of FAIs key client accounts including budgeting and communications
- Provision of consultancy services to FAIs clients which include requirements such as the preparation of technical reports and position statements attendance of client meetings and delivery of presentations
- New business sales: identifying new opportunities and effective solutions for existing and new client challenges
- Alongside the sales team develop and support new business opportunities including the preparation and presentation of strategic project proposals
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree level qualification in Sustainability Agriculture Aquaculture Environmental Science or a similar related discipline
- At least 3 years practical industry experience within livestock supply chains either from working within the farmed animal supply base or within agriculture/aquaculture or technical teams in a retailer or food business
- Proven experience in building client relations and working collaboratively with team members and partners to understand and deliver value to clients
- Demonstrable skills in project management including proposal writing project planning budgeting and monitoring
- Proficiency in new business development
- Excellent computer skills
