Job Description:

As a Web Developer at Millens.XYZ you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining our job board platforms. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create visually appealing highly functional and responsive websites. Your technical expertise and innovative thinking will be crucial in delivering topnotch solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain job board websites using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX wireframes into highquality code.
• Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design across various devices.
• Implement new features and functionality based on user feedback and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay uptodate with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of job board or similar websites.
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and other frontend technologies.
• Experience with backend technologies such as PHP Python Ruby or Node.js.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress Joomla or Drupal.
• Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and crossbrowser compatibility.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
