Data amp Infrastructure Engineer

Mission Context/Function Description:The Expertise squad manages the core business of Housing & Sourcing Services (HSS) handling tooling for building management physical security and more across over 600 branches and 100 HQ buildings connecting more than 12000 devices. This position involves significant work on IT systems and data management requiring expertise in Windows Server client/server and 3tier solutions SQL Server ETL (SSIS) and Datawarehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with IT teams to package test and deploy solutions in both nonproduction and production environments.
• Plan and followup on infrastructure requests to ensure timely endtoend solution delivery.
• Develop or coordinate the development of integration layers for thirdparty software deployment.
• Manage enduser applications serve as the contact point for application lifecycle management.
• Handle production incidents: diagnose escalate followup and close tickets within agreed timeframes.
• Troubleshoot Windowsbased distributed solutions coordinate with network and infrastructure teams.
• Perform and coordinate testing activities promote DevOps practices and document simplify or automate activities.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver work items (user stories) efficiently.
• Comply with IT processes for software requests testing and deployment focusing on risk management and compliance.
• Participate in oncall rotations with team members.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Dutch or French (preferred)

Essential IT Knowledge:

• Software Package Part:
  • Extensive experience with Windows Server and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring enterprise software packages.
  • Understanding of network architecture (firewalls proxies DNS aliases segmentation).
  • Experience with SQL Server.
• Data Part:
  • Experience with ETL systems like SSIS.
  • Ability to write and understand SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (strong asset).

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell Python Bash).
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
• Experience with physical device management software (badging systems alarm systems lifts lights).
