What Youll Do:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detailoriented professional who can efficiently manage office operations support various administrative tasks and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daytoday office operations including maintaining office supplies equipment and facility management.
Provide administrative assistance to senior management including scheduling meetings managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications including answering phone calls emails and handling inquiries.
Maintain accurate and organized records including employee files financial documents and other essential paperwork.
Assist in planning and organizing company events meetings and other special projects.
Greet visitors clients and vendors ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Address and resolve officerelated issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Computer literate and proficient user of Excel
Knowledge of English and Greek.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
