Our current focal points are applications for EHealth Smart Industry Digital Twin IoT Gamification Machine Learning/AI and ELearning. Our international team from 22 countries primarily consists of developers designers artists and entrepreneurs. Our team combines competencies such as software engineering game development 2D/3D animation AR MR & VR development and UI/UX design.

Tasks

• Create great looking results within the limitations of VR and mobile. Performance is very important so always keep an eye on balancing visual quality while maintaining a steady framerate.
• Work with concept art references or sketches to bring your work to life.
• Collaborate closely with other artists designers and developers to ensure artistic consistency and project requirements are met. Good communication is key.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Stay updated on industry trends tools and techniques to continuously improve skills and workflows.
• Willingness to iterate on your work based on feedback from the teamTake ownership of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Art Animation Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D artist with a strong focus on modelling and texturing.
• Strong communication skills and a clear artistic vision.
• Comfortable with multiple art styles.
• Proficiency in industrystandard 3D software such as Maya or Blender.
