Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Support Agent to join our customer service team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to resolve their inquiries and issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping others and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service.
Stay uptodate with product knowledge company policies and procedures.
Meet personal/team customer service targets and call handling quotas.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Customeroriented with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using various customer support tools and software.
Flexible to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
