Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build an Elite Sales Team: Recruit hire onboard and train exceptional SDRs. Foster a dynamic sales culture grounded in transparency accountability and continuous learning.
- Develop a Successful Sales Strategy: Define the ideal customer profile (ICP) create a strategic lead generation plan and set clear measurable sales goals.
- Champion Sales Enablement: Implement a strong sales methodology select and configure the best sales tools and develop comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Drive Revenue and Close Deals: Engage actively in the sales process mentor and coach the team on deal structuring and negotiations. Own and exceed quota attainment and revenue targets.
- Leverage Data for Strategic Decisions: Analyze sales data to identify trends optimize team performance and refine the sales strategy continuously.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with marketing product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
Preferred Skills / Expertise:
- Regular B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / equivalent degree
- 12 years of total experience with a minimum of 8 years of expertise in the B2B SaaS industry building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
- Handson leader with understanding of the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads (ICP MQLs SQLs) to closing deals and fostering strong customer relationships
- Proficient in SDR techniques including cold calling email outreach and lead nurturing
- Passionate about developing a robust sales methodology implementing the right sales tools and technologies (CRMs sales automation) and fostering a datadriven sales culture
- Skilled in motivating and developing a highperforming team of ambitious SDRs. Excel in understanding the newage workforce and creating a collaborative resultsoriented environment
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills capable of clearly articulating the value proposition of the companys AI services and navigating complex discussions with Csuite executives
