We're currently seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to help us turn ideas into reality.

We're currently seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to help us turn ideas into reality.
As our Project Manager you will:
- Collaborative KickOffs: Participate in kickoff meetings with sales estimating and drafting teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Sample Acquisition: Obtain and submit all necessary samples for project approval.
- Site Engagement: Attend site meetings to stay updated and address any onsite requirements.
- Specification Research: Investigate hardware and appliance specifications to ensure project accuracy.
- Field Measurements: Collect and verify all field dimensions to maintain project schedules and accuracy.
- Drafting Coordination: Review and coordinate field dimensions with the drafting team.
- Unique Item Identification: Recognize and address any special or unique project items or situations.
- MultiProject Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet company objectives.
- Communication Liaison: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the site superintendent and contractor's project manager.
- Billing Assistance: Support the CFO with monthly billing processes.
- Project Closeout: Prepare and provide comprehensive closeout documents at the project's conclusion.
To be considered for the role qualifications include:
- Extensive Millwork Experience: Minimum of 5 years in both commercial and residential millwork.
- Proficient in Drawings: Strong ability to read and understand shop and architectural drawings.
- Field Expertise: Skilled in performing field measurements and assessing site conditions.
- Standards Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of AWI standards.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- TechSavvy: Proficient in computer skills including relevant software.
- MultiTasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
