We're currently seeking a skilled Millwork Benchman to help us turn ideas into reality.

We're currently seeking a skilled Millwork Benchman to help us turn ideas into reality.
As our Millwork Benchman you will:
- Crafting Custom Woodwork: Create highquality custom millwork items such as cabinets furniture
- and architectural details.
- Reading Blueprints: Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and drawings to meet the exact specifications of custom orders.
- Machine Operation: Operate various woodworking machines like saws planers and joiners to cut and shape wood.
- Hand Finishing: Use hand tools to finish surfaces fit pieces together and apply finishes.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality ensuring they meet design specifications and high standards of craftsmanship.
To be considered for the role you have:
- Extensive Experience: Proven experience as a custom woodworker with a minimum of 5 years in architectural and fabrication roles preferably with knowledge of historic millwork.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in operating standard woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce highend residential millwork.
- DetailOriented: Demonstrated ability to produce precise and detailed work ensuring topquality craftsmanship.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve issues during the fabrication process.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy materials as required by the job.
